Below are some pictures taken at the Dinner & Dance held at the Hutton Mount Banqueting Suite. 165 people attended and more than £2,500 was raised for the New Nets Fund.

Retirement Luncheon in honour of Alfred George West
10th April 2005
On Sunday 10th April the Club hosted a luncheon to honour Alf's 60 years with the club as well as his retirement as Pavilion Manager.
Alf joined the club as a playing member in 1945 but he was a spectator further back than that as can be seen in the photo below, taken in 1937, in which a very young Alf is fourth from the left. Those who remember Trevor Hill might recognise him as the lad on the far right.
Alf in his prime! Photos of him in action as an off-spinner, and as Captain of the 2nd XI in 1976 when they won the Greene King League 2nd XI Championship.
