Some of our Under 11s Played for the District
30th July 2008
Five Shenfield U11s were selected for the District match against the North Essex District on Wednesday July 30th. Unfortunately laryngitis prevented captain George Meaney from playing, but Ben Mann, Ben Loader, George Ballington and Oliver Castell all contributed to a thrilling 1 wicket victory. Ben Loader kept for 35 overs without conceding a bye and then scored the winning runs to maintain the District's 2 year winning run.
